For businesses that depend on your email
See your everyday
email more clearly.
Everyday email matters
An invoice.
A newsletter.
A customer's reply.
They all need to reach the right person.
A missed message can hold up a payment or leave a customer waiting. Mailglo checks your domain's email settings and brings together reports from receiving mail servers. Use it to keep watch or work out what needs attention.
Important email.
Hidden obstacles.
Receiving mail servers check whether a message can be trusted to come from the business it names. Incomplete settings can contribute to spam placement or rejection.
Email keeps work moving
Invoices, quotes and replies keep payments, sales and support moving.
Settings change
New mail services can change the settings your domain needs.
Clues in one place
Reports and setting history show what failed and where to investigate.
What are SPF, DKIM and DMARC?
SPF lists services allowed to send for your domain. DKIM adds a signature that receiving mail servers can check. DMARC connects those checks to the domain in the From address and requests reports. They help assess email authentication; they do not prove that a message reached an inbox.
