Leaving the service

Export, exit and deletion are handled by support. To ask about your data, email support@mailglo.com.

Do not include passwords, API tokens or report files.

What stays

The data below is kept as the Privacy Policy describes.

1. Original report emails: Mailglo keeps each one it receives in its report archive, with the email's sender, recipients, size and connection details. Ask support to delete them.
2. Your sending services, generated client reports, investigation results and notifications.
3. Audit history, billing records and contact opt-outs, which follow their own retention rules.
4. Backup copies.
5. Cancelling a paid plan stops renewal. Paid features last until the end of the period already paid. After that, free-plan limits apply, and your domains, their hosting and report intake, and your report history all stay in your account.

Delegated records are never removed abruptly while they still serve your domain.
